Upon analyzing the questionnaire, we craft mood boards that visually encapsulate the design vision, optimizing spatial use and client satisfaction. After receiving approval on the mood board, we seamlessly transition into space planning and refining the overarching design concept.

Documentation & 3D Visualization

After the signing of the agreement between concerning parties, we dive into the creation of 3D visuals. This transformation from mood board to 3D representation provides a vivid preview of the final design, aiding our clients in their decision-making process. As we reach this pivotal stage, a partial payment is requested prior to the release of the 3D images.

Technical drawings are prepared by our professional team as per requirement. The Fitout Contractor commences execution in alignment with the approved design. We ensure top-notch quality materials by presenting them for client approval before procurement.
